Refund policy


As provided by law, MYAO allows the exchange or return of items, as long as they have not been used by the customer and meet certain requirements, namely:

a) The product(s) does not show signs of use or handling;
b) The product(s) maintains its original characteristics and labels intact, namely the hygienic protection;
c) The product(s) are complete and were sent together with all the material that accompanied the original order.

    Any exchange or return is subject to confirmation by MYAO upon analysis of the condition of the item(s). After receiving the item(s) at our facilities, we carry out a careful analysis of it and the return will only be accepted if the above-mentioned requirements are met.

    Requests for exchange or return must be expressed unequivocally through the contact made available for this purpose, within a maximum period of 14 days after receipt of the order.

    The value inherent to the shipping costs of the exchange process are the sole responsibility of the customer.

    In the event of a return due to defect or other non-conformities regarding the ordered products, MYAO assumes responsibility for collecting the item at the address indicated by the customer, as well as the costs associated with the shipping costs paid at the outset.

    The amount related to the return will be refunded using a method to be agreed with the customer within a maximum period of 14 working days.

    Any request for exchange or return must indicate the order number and proof of defect, if any.

    Orders to be exchanged or returned must be sent via registered mail to the address indicated by customer service. When sending the order, you must communicate to MYAO, through available means, the order's tracking code.
